These general terms supplement the rate, payment and cancellation conditions displayed in the Mews Booking Engine when you book. The booking-specific conditions you accept at checkout govern price, payment and cancellation. Mandatory consumer protection law always applies.
1. Contracting parties & booking
XoXo is an accommodation service operated by Tampere Dream Hostel Oy (Business ID 2277044-4). A booking is formed when the booking system confirms it to the guest. The booker must provide accurate contact and guest information.
2. Price, payment & cancellation
The current price, payment method, payment timing and any change or cancellation conditions are shown in the Mews Booking Engine before the booking is confirmed. Conditions may vary by rate.
Accommodation booked for a specific date or period does not have the general statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to many other online purchases. Your right to change or cancel is determined by the conditions of the rate you selected.
3. Age & occupancy
Everyone present at XoXo must be at least 18 years old. A maximum of four guests may stay overnight. Up to six adults may be present in the apartment at any one time. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
4. Arrival & departure
Standard check-in begins at 3 pm. Mews Online Check-in must be completed before 3 pm on the day of arrival. Your digital key and detailed arrival instructions become available when the apartment is ready. Standard checkout is 11 am; bookings made directly on stayxoxo.com include checkout at 1 pm unless the booking-specific terms state otherwise.
5. Use of the apartment & neighbours
XoXo is intended for private stays and private visits. Open events, publicly promoted gatherings and parties are not permitted. Commercial photography, content production, events and collaborations must always be agreed separately in advance.
Quiet hours are 11 pm–7 am. Music at a normal volume is welcome. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed.
6. Play equipment & safety
Using the play equipment is entirely optional. Guests use it at their own responsibility and must follow the provided use and safety instructions. Guests may bring their own equipment when it is used safely and without damaging the property.
7. Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their party in accordance with applicable law and the accepted booking conditions. XoXo does not routinely charge a security deposit, but a card pre-authorisation may be made when needed. Verified guest-caused damage may be charged after the stay in accordance with the terms.
8. Complaints
Please tell us about any problem as soon as reasonably possible during your stay so we have an opportunity to put it right. After the stay, complaints can be sent to xoxo@stayxoxo.com.
9. Governing law & disputes
Finnish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the law of the consumer's country of residence. We first aim to resolve disputes directly. Consumers may also use the Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, the Consumer Disputes Board.
