Cookies

We keep it simple: essential cookies make the site work, while analytics and marketing consent are optional.

A cookie is a small piece of data stored by your browser. We use only strictly necessary cookies without consent. Google Analytics starts only if you choose to allow analytics. Marketing consent separately controls Google Consent Mode v2 signals.

Strictly necessary

The Mews Booking Engine may use cookies or browser storage that are technically necessary to complete a booking. Booking remains available when you decline XoXo website analytics.

Optional analytics

Browsers may shorten the actual lifetime of first-party cookies. Google Tag Manager is used as the tag-management layer and is not itself an advertising cookie in our setup.

Mews & analytics

When you allow analytics, the same choice enables analytics tracking in the Mews Booking Engine so we can measure the booking journey and completed direct bookings. When you choose necessary only, Mews tracking remains disabled.

Marketing

Cookie settings include a separate marketing consent choice. It updates the Google Consent Mode v2 signals ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. This choice does not by itself load Google Ads, Meta Pixel or other advertising tags. XoXo does not currently use such remarketing/personalisation tags; if we introduce them later, we will update this page before activation.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw analytics and marketing consent at any time in Cookie settings. Withdrawal prevents future optional processing but does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent.
