Questions before you book?
Do we have to use the playroom?
No. XoXo doesn't assign homework. Use everything, something or nothing at all.
Can more than two people come to XoXo?
Yes. Up to six adults may be in the apartment at the same time, with overnight accommodation for up to four.
Does everyone need to be included in the booking?
All overnight guests need to be listed on the reservation. Daytime or evening visitors don't need to be added, as long as the maximum of six people in the apartment isn't exceeded.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Absolutely. Your own gear is welcome.
How is the play equipment cleaned?
In addition to normal hotel-standard cleaning, all play equipment and functional furniture are professionally cleaned and disinfected after every stay.
Do we need to visit reception?
No. XoXo uses online check-in and a digital key.
Can we arrive late?
Yes. Your digital key continues to work after reception hours. We recommend making your first arrival while the Dream Hostel & Hotel reception is open, as arrival assistance isn't available around the clock.
Can we leave our luggage somewhere?
There is no luggage storage at XoXo. Luggage can be stored at Dream Hostel & Hotel, Åkerlundinkatu 2, during reception opening hours.
Can we arrange a commercial shoot or collaboration at XoXo?
Commercial photography, content productions and other collaborations may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking.
